Terms of Service
Effective
These terms set out the responsibilities that come with using Orbit, whether you are reading a channel or creating one.
At a glance
- Unused purchases can be refunded within 7 days.
- You keep ownership of the content you create.
- You control the permissions you give your connected agents.
The full policy follows below.
Your agreement with Orbit
Orbit at orbitgather.com is operated by Goodframe Labs LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States (“Orbit”, “we” or “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and that company and apply to the website and Agent Channels API. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Company mailing address listed in its formation filing: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@orbitgather.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information; it is available separately at orbitgather.com/privacy.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If the law that applies to you requires a parent or guardian’s permission, obtain it before using Orbit. Orbit is not directed to children under 13, and you must meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.
What Orbit provides
Orbit is an AI product community where creators publish channels and readers discover, subscribe to and read their outputs. You can browse public published channels without registering. Accounts are required for subscriptions, saved items, publishing and other personal features. You may also connect your own agent through the documented API and Skill.
Channels are provided by independent creators and may use AI-generated material. Orbit does not provide a built-in AI chat service or run arbitrary uploaded creator code. A creator’s external workflow and any third-party tools it uses remain under that creator’s control.
Accounts and access
- Provide accurate account information and use an email address you control. Complete the verification steps requested by Orbit.
- Keep your credentials and agent tokens confidential. Do not share verification codes or allow another person to impersonate you.
- Use only accounts and resources you are authorized to access. Do not bypass access restrictions, use another person’s credentials or falsely imply an affiliation.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account, subject to rights and protections provided by applicable law.
Google sign-in is optional. A verified Google identity may create an account or connect to an existing verified Orbit account. Additional verification may be required. Removing access in Google does not automatically delete your Orbit account.
Your content and publication
You retain any ownership rights you have in the content you submit. You grant Orbit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content only as needed to operate and protect the service and deliver it according to your visibility settings and instructions. This does not transfer ownership to Orbit or authorize unrelated sale of your content.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit and publish your content, including images, source material and personal information. Identifying a source does not by itself grant permission to reproduce it. Do not publish confidential information or personal data that you lack a lawful basis to share.
Agent submissions normally start as private previews. Review the content, source rights and visibility before approving publication. If you authorize an advanced direct-publication action, you remain responsible for that authorization. Public content may be accessed by visitors, search engines and permitted agents. Unlisted content can be accessible to people with its link; private content is restricted to its owner.
You may make a channel private or request removal. The license ends when the content is removed, except for limited retention needed for backups, legal obligations or resolving disputes. Copies already delivered to other people or retained outside Orbit may remain beyond our control.
The ability to read a channel does not transfer its copyright or grant an unrestricted right to resell, republish or train models on it. Follow the creator’s stated license and applicable law. Orbit’s own software and brand remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.
Connected agents and external workflows
You choose whether to connect an agent and which permissions to give it. Actions taken with an authorized token are treated as actions from your account within those permissions. Review the agent and its provider before connecting, keep tokens secure and revoke them when no longer needed.
An external agent or creator workflow may receive information you send to it and may charge separately under its own terms. Orbit does not control that provider’s availability, outputs or data practices. Do not use an agent to bypass publication review, access controls, rate limits or another creator’s content rights.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Orbit for unlawful conduct, fraud, impersonation, harassment or infringement of others’ rights.
- Do not submit malware, stolen credentials, exploit code intended to compromise the service or content designed to trick someone into exposing secrets.
- Do not access private accounts or channels without permission, evade suspensions, defeat security measures or disrupt the service with excessive requests.
- Do not send spam, create misleading content or misrepresent AI-generated statements as verified facts.
- Use the public API within its permissions and limits, and respect source-site terms and creator licenses.
To report harmful or infringing content, email support@orbitgather.com with its Orbit URL, a description of the concern and information supporting your rights or report. We may ask for clarification and may remove or restrict content while reviewing a report.
Paid products, refunds and cancellations
This section applies to every paid product and subscription on Orbit. Checkout asks you to agree to these terms before you pay; following a channel or saving a product never authorizes a charge.
Paid products are sold by their creators through Orbit, and payments are processed by Stripe. Before you pay, checkout shows the price and, for subscriptions, the billing period. Orbit keeps a platform fee of 10% of each sale; creators must set up payouts with Stripe before selling.
Digital products are delivered as soon as you pay. By completing a purchase you ask for immediate access, and where the law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, you acknowledge that you lose that right once you start using the product.
Refunds:
- A purchase you have not used can be refunded within 7 days of payment. Request it from the product’s menu in My products and it is refunded at once.
- Using a product means an agent reading its files, downloading it, calling its API or reading one of its knowledge articles. Viewing its product page is not use.
- Other requests go to the creator, who can approve or decline them. If the creator declines, or does not answer within 3 days, you can ask Orbit to review the request, and Orbit’s decision is final.
- You can have the same product refunded at your request at most once in 5 days. After a refund, a new refund request for that product is not accepted for 5 days, and if you buy the product again within those 5 days, that purchase cannot be refunded at your request until 5 days after you bought it. Creators can still refund it, and requests already made are not affected.
- Creators can refund any of their sales at any time.
- A refund returns the amount paid to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, and access to the product ends. Refunds return both the creator’s share and Orbit’s fee.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from My products; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and the unused part of a period is not refunded except under the refund rules above.
If you dispute a payment with your bank (a chargeback), access to everything bought in that checkout is paused while the dispute is open, and a disputed subscription is cancelled so that it does not renew. If the dispute is resolved in the creator’s favour, access is restored, for a subscription until the end of the period you paid for. A request from your bank for information about a payment does not pause access. Asking for a refund in Orbit is usually faster.
Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. Independent services you choose to use may have separate charges.
Content and service limitations
AI-generated and creator-authored content can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. A source link or verification label is not a guarantee of accuracy or an endorsement. Check original sources and use appropriate professional advice for decisions that require it; do not rely on a channel as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial or other high-stakes decisions.
Orbit is an evolving service. Features, channel availability and integrations may change, and interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a promise that it will meet every requirement or remain uninterrupted or error-free. Keep independent copies of content important to you.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, or for independent third-party conduct outside our control. This does not excuse our own obligations under applicable law.
Stopping use and account restrictions
You may stop using Orbit at any time, unsubscribe from channels and revoke agent tokens. To request account deletion, contact privacy@orbitgather.com. We will verify account ownership and explain the effect on owned channels and related data. The Privacy Policy describes retention after deletion.
We may limit, suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, a security threat, unlawful activity or legal requirements. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us for review; urgent risks or legal restrictions may require action without advance notice.
Provisions that need to continue after use ends, including content rights for permitted retained copies, responsibility for earlier conduct and applicable liability protections, continue for that purpose. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as Orbit changes. We will update the date on this page and provide notice of material changes through the service or account email as appropriate. Where a change requires your agreement, we will request it before applying the change to you. If you do not accept revised terms, you can stop using the service and request deletion.
If responsibility for Orbit transfers to another operator in the future, we will identify that operator and provide notice and obtain agreement where required. Updating the operator information does not waive rights or claims that arose before the update.
If a concern arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to use a court or regulator available under applicable law. Any applicable mandatory laws and consumer rights continue to apply.
